All above rates are exclusive of tax (approx 9.5%).
In addition to the above rates, there is a one-time cleaning fee of $90.00 (includes tax). The agency charges the same cleaning fee, but they also charge a 2% credit card processing fee, and a 3% reservation fee as well as a $77.00 amenities fee all in addition to their above rates. ALL of these fees are waived when renting via the owner directly.
All "owner direct" reservations are processed via the onsite agency so guests have the convenience of onsite front desk check-in as well as onsite management support.

Note: The condo is not available for nightly rentals.
